It took two weeks just to print the shipping label. Customer support just deferred to issues at the pharmacy and issued a refund but I didn't see any expediency after the interaction, it was still several days before only the shipping label was printed. We'll see how long it takes for it to actually get picked up, on day 2 so far. UPDATE: The item has shipped

I was very disappointed with the results. I tried on three separate occasions and got virtually no benefit from taking the pill.

I am not sure about this company. It has been five days since I ordered and my order is still pending. The company has no clue when it is going to ship. In the meantime, I can’t pause or cancel my subscription. If I didn’t have protections in place, that would mean I could be billed monthly without even receiving a single thing.

Shipping sucks but you pay on time for your product 8 days and counting, 2 days it says,I say bullshit

The product is good Customer service and delivery are horrible and after further review and reading other reviews and have noticed a disturbing pattern. Either the company is in financial trouble or they're just crooks . LAST night they tried to authorize another payment luckily i had my card locked .still no shipment and reading other reviews where customes having membership block or canceled because they complained !.This company's customer service definitely has unqualified people working there they lie about your orders . they literally canceled my prescriptions because I complained about their shipping infact I have all emails to back up what im saying...They admitted they're having problems filling orders and this is the first time ive experienced a problem. but all the people I communicated with via email definitely are the most unqualified And hopefully this wont happen again ...and you get what you pay for so id spend more money than worry if im going to be ripped off or my personal information sold or used for some employees gain because the is not a company with morals or standards stay away all they do is lie

My only complaint is the misleading information you get about shipping ,From what I understand shipped means the shipping carrier has the package..ie my order shows a shipping date of October 18 Today is the 20th and USPS doesn’t have the package in their possession…just be honest with people and not give out false or inaccurate information to the customer

Terrible experience they lie suck u in with low first time purchase then slide in the real damage on your cards unexpectedly u notice theses 5 stars they have here are paid for from these companies that make fake reviews they respond to your bad reviews and act like they’re gonna do something and they do nothing at all. End of story but you notice these five star reviews are over the top. They really like perfect notice that it’s because they’re paid for they got companies to do that kind of stuff and it’s ridiculous. Every time I get a bad review I’ll throw 20 things on there and try to overdo it with good five star reviews purchase with caution. Trust me mistake you ever make if you purchase here Look you guys are requesting more information so so far this is a couple of times already. I’m not looking for you to do anything for me you know because the fact is what I’ve already stated you guys sucker people in at a lowball prize and then you flip it on them everybody and there is no turning back and also it’s like false advertising so I’m just leaving at Man you know cause I know you guys do nothing for me. You’re not gonna change your ways you’re gonna keep on doing it cause you keep on getting away with it but it is. I just want to know you guys aren’t what you say you are $.77 or whatever the heck you said it was that was like a one shot deal and all of a sudden dropped like the price of Double or whatever everybody else charges literally I really don’t have much more the way I thought you guys go back to your original thing that you guys say that or I’ll deal with this cheap pill on sale for $.77 or whatever it was and you stick to that again u won’t do we really have nothing more to say I am unhappy and I stated my guess already I don’t need to say anything else to you guys don’t need to respond no more. I don’t need nothing. I’m done if you guys wanna sell me a package quoted prices I’ll be glad to purchase again, but not a sucker price is not happening.
