Good luck trying to cancel your subscription. I went in several times to try. They said they would send me a 5 digit code to my phone. Nope. Without that code, I can't cancel. What a shady company.

The last customer service rep I spoke with gave me Superior Customer Service, was professional, prompt and took care of the issue to my satisfaction.

I was sceptical with using an online pharmacy but everything was legit. I recieved a ton of informational literature with my order and felt comfortable and safe using my prescription for the first time and it worked very well. Will definitely use again.

Your process was very simple and easy. I appreciated not feeling judged for having E.D. your customer service answered any question I had. And I liked that you made it easy to track my prescription and you got it to me quickly.

I wish I could give them no stars. I did the information online and was approved November 29,2023. Two weeks laterI called them and was told they are running behind. I have talked to 3 or 4 different people. One have me a $30 credit and what good does that do you when you haven’t gotten anything from them. Today is March 5,2024. One hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing. They said they will get back with you in 24 hours how about 3 days later. Do yourself a favor and don’t deal with them. I told them 6 weeks ago to get it straight or I was going to write the worst review and they haven’t yet. Their ad should say 3 to 4 months instead of 3 to 4 days. The worst company I have ever try dealing with. Don’t do business with them! By the way they sent me the review to fill out what dumb asses! S.D. In Va
