Started out incredibly well and was very pleased with service and communication until… My January shipment never arrived. Upon review on their site the order went to Indiana and was available for customer pickup only one problem, I’m in NC. No emails or phone calls and I have had to make multiple calls speaking with a supervisor that promised a phone call follow-up next day and my package on Friday. Neither happened! Called again today the third call in a week. This time the supervisor would not even speak with me and said your order will ship in 2 days. Do NOT waste your time or money on this incompetent company!!

I'm giving Friday Plans an unusually high star number because everything about the process was easy, the product was delivered, and although it didn't work, they politely canceled my future orders and issued a refund. Had the product worked, I'd give it 5. The online sign-up and questionnaire to quality for Sildenafil was easy. You can say what you want, they just need to cover themselves as to the "prescription". It takes about 15 minutes. I then received a message that a doctor would check me out and get back to me; they got back to me within about a minute with the approval, all by SMS and email. I did not actually speak to anyone. In about a week, I got the 18-100mg pills I ordered for about $28 total (I don't remember exactly), with a notice for the next order next month. Each tablet is individually wrapped in a condom size plastic wrapper, clear on one side with text that discloses what it is (so hide it). The pills are long oval (like a Tylenol pill), rather than the rounded corners on genuine Viagra and some other generics. I respond quite well and without fail to 1/4 (.25mg) of 100mg generic Viagra pills and never need, nor have used more (and still have some). So I took 1/4 of Friday Plans Sildenafil (.25mg), with no effect. Next time I took 1/2 a pill (.50mg), with no effect. Then, I took a whole pill (100mg), and it also had no effect. This was shocking, since I would never even consider taking that much of the generic Viagra I have. Then, I took 1/4 (.25mg) of the generic Viagra I already had before Friday Plans and it worked great. If I had taken 100mg of mine, I'd have an erection for hours! Each of these doses were taken with at least one day apart (not next day), and most times more. The generic Viagra I have taken previously resemble Viagra in shape, Friday Plans are different. I'm not saying that matters, but I've found generics of other medications I take do resemble the shape of the original. Friday Plans pills are blue like the original, but the shape is not the same. Finally, there is a flushing sensation in the face, and some congestion that I feel with taking Viagra or generic Sildenafil, and I can feel an erection is only a moment away with very little stimulation and that becomes a mind-set. With the pills from Friday Plans, I did not experience any of those sensations of note. I felt that very mildly some congestion for may a few moments when I was thinking about it, (as opposed to hours) and wondered that might just be me, and if they might rely on a placebo effect to make these work. I tied to cancel on their website, which you can see on the home page. I was logged in and clicked on it and it looped me to the Login page. I logged in again and clicked "Cancel", and again it took me to the Login page. I tried this with a fresh clean browser I rarely use, and the same thing happened over and over. I then used my email of delivery confirmation and forwarded that to their info. email address with "Cancellation" before their original title. I explained it was impossible to cancel on the website and gave the details of the experiences I just described and I received both an email and a SMS within hours that my account had been canceled and my purchase had been refunded. I've read the stories from those who say these pills work, and those who say they don't. I've also read horror stories about being charged and having problems canceling. Unless they charge me after confirming my cancellation, I think they've done what they said. The product does not work for me and it is curious it doesn't since I'm used to, and respond positively to the purported active ingredient Sildenafil without exception. Since I am very receptive to Sildenafil, I cannot explain, nor will I make any assumptions as to why. I will pursue more costly options because I only need 1/4 of a pill, and that makes most any plan affordable to me. I wish this had worked because the price and convenience was extremely attractive. I will continue to experiment with the pills they allowed me to keep and if they some how do work, I will re-establish my membership. That will mean that my 4 experiments were wrong, and while that does not seem likely, I will maintain an open mind and keep trying with the remaining pills they allowed me to keep. Their customer service was exceptional, even though I did not need to speak with anyone. While I would have enjoyed the convenience of canceling online since that option was apparently there (but wasn't), it only took one email and customer service took care of it.

Your product works amazing

Overall very easy, the prescription works great and shipping and set up is quite easy.

With so many different companies out there selling male performance enhancing products somehow I landed on Friday Plans and glad I did. Placed an order and it arrived a day early. More importantly my wife loves the new me!
