My second box arrived totally defrosted. I called the company and they had a replacement to me in 3 days. This made my baby girl very happy which makes me very happy! Thank you Freshpet.

She wouldn’t eat it right away, she doesn’t like beef so it took her awhile to eat it. Now she will eat it if I put little pieces of some sandwich meat. She is so so fussy.
Response from FreshpetSep 19, 2025
Sounds like she’s got a nose for specifics—and we’re glad she’s warming up to her meals with a little help. For fussy pups, a slow transition can really help—mixing in favorites like you did is a great way to ease into new flavors. Thanks for sharing her journey with us! 🍽️💚-Heather
