The shipments arrive before I run out. I get a reminder text a couple of days before. They text me when it ships and when its delivered. The quality is excellent. My dog loves Fresh Pet.

Zoey seems to like her food. It arrives thawed a lot of the time. You may want to try to have her food delivered more quickly. Other than that, everything is good.

My dog had always been finicky about her kibble food. We tried a number of different brands but she never seemed excited - sometimes she wouldn't eat all day. We tried FreshPet and she gobbled it up! Every time we feed her, she cleans her bowl right away. I'm honestly shocked at the difference.

Fresh pet is one of the best services that I have found at this point. The product is usually still mostly frozen and in my case is delivered within two days. My dog likes the product and eats her meals usually immediately after having it sit down on the floor. Our plans are to continue using fresh pet for the foreseeable future.

We have 2 dogs that love this food! It has helped with their weight and energy levels. Shipments are easy and we can reschedule or pause if we are out of town.

I was optimistic about switching my dog's food to Pet Fresh, but I am 110% glad I did. My dogs get extremely excited at mealtime. I have also noticed that my dogs' coats are shinier and softer. I tried The Farmer's dog, but did not enjoy the packaging it came in, Pet fresh is better packaged, and I like that I don't have to remember to thaw it out. I highly recommend pet Fresh.

Shane
The food consistently demonstrates exceptional quality. The dry ice in the shipment could remain effective even if exposed to the outside temperature for an additional day, despite the temperature being in the nineties in Kansas City! It always arrives frozen! My dog clearly adores it. He becomes very excited when the box arrives or when I retrieve it from the refrigerator for him. He seems much happier! This company excels in communication, delivery, and the overall quality of its products!
