Now I don’t have to worry about running out. Sometimes local stores don’t have it then we have to go another store.

Your customer service people are fantastic. I had an delivered to another house and he resent me another order for no cost and advised me to discard the package when it was located so that my dog would not get sick.

We’ve been getting Freshpet for our dog, Mogli, and it’s been such a lovely experience! At first, I was picking it up from the grocery store, but switching to delivery has been a total game-changer. Everything always arrives fresh (true to the name), and it’s so convenient having it show up right at our door. I really appreciate how flexible they are with plans and scheduling—it makes it easy to adjust to our routine. Plus, the little extras they send along are such a fun surprise. We’ve gotten a tennis ball and even a free scoop—kind of like finding a toy in the cereal box! Overall, Freshpet has made feeding Mogli supplemental wet food simple, reliable, and even a little fun. Highly recommend to any pet parent looking for quality and convenience!
