Pam
Georgie, not especially food motivated, was a little hesitant to try the Freshpet food. My husband had the great idea to warm it up some (20 seconds in the microwave) and now Georgie gobbles it down. Yay!!!

Hi Pam, your feedback is the best kind of treat. We love hearing that even a picky pup is enjoying our recipes. Thanks for the Love! 🐾💚
Nicole
She’s always been a good eater but sometimes just snubs her nose at it. Eventually coming back to eat. In the trial period the 4 pouches were not enough food as I’ve already had to go to the store for 3 more pouches before I receive my next delivery

Hi Nicole, we appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. We understand how concerning it can be when your pup's appetite varies from day to day. We’d love to help update your menu and also provide additional feeding tips or suggestions. Please know a member of our team will be reaching out. Thanks for being part of the Freshpet family.🐾💚
Kathy
I have always loved Freshpet. I can feel good that my dog is eating food she likes and is healthy for her and I do like the covenience of the delivery and assorted menus. The only reason I rated it 4 stars is because it is much more expensive than using the rolls I have used in the past. Have you considered incentives like accumulating points and to be used towards future orders or other monetary rewards?

Ivonne
I already bought the store food that resembles sausage so I thought it would be the same in delivery but they are kind of liking it but it's taking time

Hi Ivonne, thanks for reaching out. Every dog has their own taste preferences, and sometimes changes in texture, aroma, or ingredients can take a little time to adjust to. Mixing foods is a great way to help with the transition, we recommend making a slow transition over 7-10 days to help avoid food refusals and digestive upsets. We’re grateful to have you as part of our Freshpet pack. 🐾💚

After one full month of Freshpet, our baby is more active. She runs to eat instead of being begged to eat. Still waiting on her reaction to the chicken in the food… but so far, so good. Excited for this next months surprises!

Watts K.
Tucker is a picky eater but seems to enjoy his Freshpet most of the time. He does gobble up certain dishes but my leave some of his Purina Pro Plan kibble in the bowl.
Response from FreshpetJun 22, 2026
Hi Watts, we're happy Tucker is enjoying our recipes. It’s a big win when a selective eater cleans the bowl. Thanks for being the best part of the Freshpet pack! 💚🐶

Sophia loves the flaked chicken, but it is getting hard to talk her into the other flavors.
