Hi Laura, we're thrilled to hear that Katie loves our meals! Our subscription service currently serves our canine companions; however, we're always relaying our pet parents’ preferences back to our team. We'll let our team know that Freshpet Delivery for our feline companions is of interest to you. Thanks for being part of our Freshpet pack. 💚

Hi Julie, your feedback really helps us as we look for more ways to bring good value while keeping the quality pets depend on. We love hearing that you love our Custom Meals recipes! 🐶 We’re sorry to hear the bags felt smaller than expected. Our Custom Meals recipes are available in 1 lb and 1.5 lb bags. The amount of bags included in your order is designed to be the right amount of food for your pup based on the Quiz answers you provided and the Meal Plan that you selected. While we don’t have a built‑in discount for second orders right now, we love to reward our pet parents and their pups with Loyalty Rewards when they reach specific milestones. You can earn recurring order discounts and more! Please check out our Freshpet Rewards program for extra perks and savings on your pup's Freshpet Delivery subscription: https://deliver.freshpet.com/rewards. We hope this helps. 💚

Thank you so much for sharing Charlie’s journey with us! We know how challenging it can be to keep a picky eater happy and healthy, so hearing that he not only loves Freshpet but is getting the nutrition he needs makes us so proud! 🐾 The fact that he’s now excited for mealtime and waiting impatiently for his bowl is exactly why we do what we do. 💚 Here’s to many more tail-wagging, healthy meals for Charlie! 🐶🥰 -Heather
