Our dog is loving the food. She clears the dish in one sitting. But unlike other foods she is then contented for the rest of the day.

Good - but Eat quickly! i did feed Freshpet food to my pom for a few months. I had to start freezing it in very small portions at a time to prevent it from going bad when my pet got sick at some point. It may or may not have been a Fresh Pet issue. It is hard to tell - My decision to revert to a different food is based on the fact that I still feel that the food does not keep long once open - so special attention as to how one manage the portions is important.

My dog is now ten and since he was very young he’s always had issues with his stomach and with loose bowel movements, since finding freshpet and him going onto the rolls, it has changed his life. First time ever his stomach has been great and his poop solid. Thank you very much from me and fudge

My 15 year old cockerpoo loves this food. I would prefer move flexibility with the regular order system as the standard packages result in me having too much for the order period.

Our rescue dog Monty, is a very fussy eater and having tried and thrown away pounds worth of dozens of different foods we found Freshpet in our local Morrisons and he loved it. I decided to go onto subscription with a delivery once a month and supplement from the supermarket but that turned into a disaster earlier this year as Morrisons didn't have any for weeks neither did any other supermarket in the area. We tried 2 other subscription dog food companies which was expensive and every flavour went in bin. So I decided to increase to 2 Freshpet boxes a month which is expensive but it's good healthy food for Monty and he always licks the bowl clean. I have ordered via your website which to be honest isn't the easiest site I have ever used. When I was desperate to get a box delivered quickly it wouldn't allow me to do this and our the second delivery had to be two weeks after the first delivery when I needed it straightaway. But everything is running smoothly now and we are all happy and Monty is enjoying Freshpet every day. Thank you.

Our French bulldog loves his pet fresh particularly fond of the chicken and vegetable pouch. We recently switched to the subscription service and the first order was delivered on time well packaged and with adequate use by dates. Only issue we did not get the 50% discount on the first order? Sent an email as suggested 4 weeks ago and heard nothing. Toby enjoys the food my only complaint is the website states 50% off first two subscription orders and I have paid full price so would appreciate a response?

Dogs love the food but have two different sizes of same chicken product. Both are tender chicken but one with 57g portion size is and the larger one has 114g portions but can’t find any information on why or if it’s more condensed hence the smaller size and servings. And the smaller dog selection has the 57g portions but they are high protein. Confused.
