Mistakes have been made like not driving to house, not putting address in system, failure to delivery notices And the website is really not friendly.

Arrived quickly. Well packaged and insulated. Takes up a lot of room in the fridge. One of my dogs refuses to eat the roll of meat hence the reduction in stars. The other dog is less fussy so more for him. But she went crazy for the turkey treats as did the less fussy one.

Because the transition to a new food is only about half the normal consumption, I think first shipment should be smaller. Or second one delayed. I still have 3 packages left from first shipment and the second delivery is already ordered.

Dog loves the food but I keep encountering problems with the subscription service. Customer service team kind and helpful, but now twice I have had wrong orders delivered and not at the set subscription frequency.
