I purchased one large roll and 2 small rolls of chicken with spinach and potato. After cutting it up found whit pieces of bone in all rolls, these pieces were sharp as on cut my finger, this is the 3rd time i have had a problem with freshpet, first time my dog ended up at the vet with bloody diarrhea and vomiting up blood, 2nd time was green mold in the center of the roll. still waiting for a call back about this problem.

I needed to start my two dogs on a different food as freshpet no longer agreed with them, I went on the website to cancel my subscription and it stated that I didn't currently have a subscription, so I thought i must of already done it, anyway 2 weeks later they took £61 from my bank so I immediately contacted them and their reply was just thankyou for cancelling your subscription but the order is already on the way, I explained that there wasn't a subscription to cancel and I would like my money refunded, but they will not admit that they're the ones who are at fault. I understand i can't return the food but I shouldn't have to pay when the website clearly stated that I didn't have a subscription I'm furious 😠

UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONSE U SENT REPLACEMENT NEVER RECIEVED ONTIME TOLD US TO BIN THE MEAT AS NOW NO GOOD FOR CONSUMPTION, X3 THIS HAPPENED AND MY DAD HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED HIS £100 New customer, recommended by my dad whom also recommended my brother. But thanks to dpd deliveries and fresh pets not acknowledging the mess up with several deliveries, we are now told they won't help resulting in my dad loosing £100 which he spent on 2 boxes of fresh pets food. Such a shame as out pets loved their food but given fact they lost deliveries or left them in vans over night we were not prepared to give that food to our dogs as could make them poorly. Please be careful and mindful that if your deliveries get messed up or your icepack isnt fully ice its either lost or been on a van too long don't let them do same to you!!!

Last night after feeding my dog Fresh Pet, my daschund mini started vomiting and having diarrhea. Today, on Facebook, our vet posted a alert to NOT feed your dog fresh pet as it's not what Its supposed to be as it will cause Diarrhea, vomiting, liver and gall bladder issues as well as pancreatitis. This shocked us to the core as well as scared us as that's EXACTLY what's starting to happen. DO NOT FEED YOUR DOG FRESH PET.

Ordered a pack at Crufts 05/03/26 and still not delivered. I have raise a call on line and spoken to two advisers. Poor service

ordered goods 6th march now 21st and nor recieved goods,numerous emails ans no explanation other than goods with courier,was advertised as £40 but i was charged £49.99,again they say this was a fault with my bank,not a good advert for crufts when its their name theuy use,avoid avoid avoid

This food almost killed my dog- he literally had intestinal bleeding and infection that almost killed him- IV antibiotics and rehydration for two days was required, and then he had to continue oral medicine for a month. I truly hope you stop before another poor canine gets hurt.
