My little spoiled yorkie loves the food when I freshly open the bag and will eat good for the first two days and then she eats less and really don't want it on the third day, it seems to lose it good smell. I end up throwing about a cup away from each bag. Also, I am on a walker and it's hard for me to bring in the large box it is shipped in, just wish it could be shipped in something without all that foam to get rid of...

Should be perfect 5 if they only if other flavors with offered with no chicken. I order hers on line. I order her the beef, turkey lamb combination. I literally have the most pickiest shihpoo ever! She loves this food. She is such a little princess… She actually has to eat her food in a plate, on how picky she is. She picks out the green beans and puts them on the side of her plate. I love that you can see the carrots and the green beans in the food. Looks homemade! I also love that you receive an email a couple weeks prior to your next shipment, so you can alter it to add more or minus some..... Not to mention they occasionally include a surprise for your pet.

Orders come on time, I never have to worry about running out of food. I like the rewards system though I kind of wish there was more. Only issue I’ve ever had was a couple of bags being opened so I had to throw them out but I didn’t report it so that’s on me.

I have a toothless chihuahua. He has stomach issues. I've tried many different dog food brands, but the Fresh pet with pumpkin is the only one that seems to work for him. I've not always had an easy time of finding it in store, so opted for delivery. I did stop for the hottest summer months as it wasn't delivered very cold during those months, hence the 4 stars. I've started it back up again.

Been a member for several months now simply because my Golden Retriever turns her nose up to kibble of any kind. Freshpet is very convenient , fresh real food and with veggies and meat I know is good for her. Sure it is expensive but so is my dog and she is worth it. With the exception of one delivery the food was delivered fresh and well packed with dry ice. Only problem was one order was questionable and another replacement was sent out within days. Great product, expensive but well worth it.
