Food delivery arrives on time. Both my dogs enjoy the food and one of them is a fussy eater. Sometimes replacement flavours are substituted when stock is short but this hasn’t been a problem as the dogs enjoy all the flavours. Christmas gifts and treats where appreciated.

I highly recommend Fresh pet! I now only give my cat products from this range, she particularly likes the chicken and beef cat roll. I'm so pleased with the products as she enjoys them and her bad skin and fur patches have cleared up. She looks so glossy and healthy now. I could not be happier.

A friend recommended Freshpet, saying their cat was happier and healthier, so I had to have a look. Loved that the website had a "product selector" so I could choose what was best for my boy. I decided to try both the "tender bites" and "gourmet pate" to see what he'd prefer. I started off by giving him is normal cat food for meals, and using Freshpet as treats. (If you're ever changing your pet's diet, do it slowly so you don't upset their digestive system.) I expected him to like the tender bites best, but he couldn't get enough of the pate - he behaved like it was catnip! :D I am close to having weaned him off his old foods and we won't be going back to them. He seems happier and has so much energy - it's like he's a kitten again. The big win for me is his litter tray. As he's eating better quality food, it no longer stinks out my whole flat. Just for that, I'd recommend Freshpet!

Changed my dogs life !!!! We used pedigree most of my girls life. When she turned 9 she started to slow down and had no life in her eyes . I couldn't afford major vet bills so we tried a diet change to the Fresh Pet line.... and NO JOKES within a week she started acting like a puppy again ! I cannot thank this company enough . She is now 12 and still doing amazing <3 trying not to cry as I type, but thats how much my girl means to us. Thank you for keeping our furbaby happy and healthy with your quality products !

I ordered the grain free hamper for my dog online. Delivery came quickly but upon opening the hamper I realised they had missed out one of the packets of food! Straight away I called customer service and they explained that someone would get back to me. A week later .... nothing. So I called back AGAIN and they gave me the same spiel that someone would look into and get back. Another week has gone by and still nothing! If you want Freshpet I would advise that you find a stockists nearby, at least you know you will get what you pay for. Freshpet customer service is not existent, once they have your money they couldn’t care less. 23/02/2021 - Thank you Freshpet for responding, much appreciated, Will definitely use you again now. Just keep your customers updated.

Hello Rachel – we are sorry we let you down on your first order with us. Understandably you and your dog must be very upset. We are very new at home delivery, and whilst this is not an excuse for your experience with us, we hope you will give us a second chance. We can see you called our customer service centre. They did arrange for the missing item to be sent to you, but unfortunately we ran out of ice at the warehouse. We have refunded your entire order and we sent you a code for 50% off your next purchase should you wish to give us a second chance (and we really hope you do). We also hope that your dog enjoyed the items from the hamper that were delivered. Best wishes from the team at Freshpet.
