I have migrated from Thinkific to Freshlearn and the process was made easy with great support. Originally, I ran into some problems, but they were sorted out very easily.

I have used FreshLearn in the past and needed a refresher of the system, my support experience was great and they really helped me adjust to the new system.

I migrated from thinkific. I've really appreciated the help from 'real people' and the responsiveness. Also the platform is easy to navigate for 'non-technical' people.

I received a cold email from Freshlearn about switching over from Teachable in a time where I was indeed starting to consider switching to another course platform. As someone with an existing school, I take switching over quite seriously, and I thoroughly investigated Freshlearn, but ultimately, after seeing another review here mentioning New Zenler, and also giving it a full try, I decided to go with New Zenler. Here is what I like about Freshlearn: It has a nice admin user interface, a good student UI experience, excellent and responsive customer service, all the typical course making tools including live sessions, and assignments, bundles, a beautiful Stripe integration and check-out experience. They also have different products besides courses that could be quite useful. They also offered to migrate my teachable to Freshlearn. And here are the reasons I decided to go elsewhere: - Pricing is quite basic. I have wanted for a while to have a basic course product and within the same course, offer a higher price that includes for example a certificate or extra sessions. This is currently not possible in Freshlearn and it was the main reason I decided on another platform. -The web designer is quite basic, and I realised that although I can make the course fairly easily like I am used to, the amount of time it would take the update the course pages look like I would like them to look is significant. -the quiz tool is quite hard to use and to make -they are currently not supporting SRT subtitles, only VTT. However, they did mention that when migrating my old courses, that they would bring in the subtitles as well. - No automatic EU/UK VAT collection. - Email automation is very basic However, if you are like me and you received a cold,it would make an excellent Teachable alternative for a fraction of the price. As a direct comparison, the only feature it doesn't have is EU/UK VAT collection and coaching sessions. However coaching sessions, could easily be just another "course" product.

The setup call was excellent. I was migrated from Teachable and they made the process painfree and easy.

I have requested a REFUND for two programs I purchased - the Pro and then upgrade to No Brainer. I had my onboarding call and they said they'd get back to me with info to migrate my courses, but now since the call, I have not heard from them and they they are IGNORING my multiple emails and chat texts. No migration help, not response to refund requests - NOTHING. Very unethical and dishonest. Will be disputing charges, but feel others need to be warned. UPDATE: I have been asking for two weeks solid (every day) for a refund for my NO BRAINER plan. I have been well-within the NO QUESTIONS ASKED 14-DAY REFUND POLICY, however they wanted to know why (??) and when I told them I just decided to use a different platform and I don't like that they don't have bulk upload options for media, they told me they would NOT be refunding me. Now they are just ignoring me again. BEWARE >> Do not use this unethical company. They have very shady business practices and I really suspect most reviews are false -- some others are having my same experience, so just be warned!
