Nice platform with awesome support
Nice platform with awesome support. Freshlearn is smooth and easy for any course creator. I find it very simple to use and yet offering all the features I need. Rajesh

One cannot cancel account and they overcharge you
Do not use it. It's bad and unstable product. But the worst part in cancelling the account and/or removing credit card from billing You cannot do it yourself and they are ignoring request to do so - and charge you even if you ask them repeatedly to cancel the account and do not use the product.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that. It's been more than 24 months since the feature of canceling the account yourself from your FreshLearn login was implemented. The customer service was great
The customer service was great. We were not able to fix both of my concerns. However, the one with the custom fields appearing in the administrator will be sent for review as a possible update.
