I would like to send a VERY positive review for one of the managers, Rick, at FreshCo Fergus. Rick was very helpful to an old guy who was trying to learn grocery shopping and needed help. With managers like Rick, you can expect friendly and competent customer service. Also, FreshCo's prices help out with our out-of-control food prices. THANK YOU, Rick!

The Kingston site of Freshco is great. Prices are fair and sometimes hard for other grocers to beat. That and a Scene card membership mean you can save a good deal of money, even though prices are climbing everywhere. In addition, I enjoy preparing international dishes and can always find the ingredients at Freshco. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I have shopped here for several years.

Great customer service in Langley! I had a problem with my bill and it's hard to find customer service in any store these days but the checkout staff was great, answered my questions, helped immediately, and resolved my problem! Good job Freshco!
