Its been about three weeks that I ordered a few shirts. I still have not recieved it. There is no customer service number to call. I sent a message thru their website and received an auto response that they will respond with 24-36 hours and I still have yet to receive an update. Very frustrating.

7 weeks no order just lame excuses....Run!

I bought the 3 pack of crew necks size 2xl. The fit was great, they look good and with it being summer I love the fact they are thinner. I will be ordering some more.

Shipping was earlier than expected. Length was what I hoped for. It ends there. For the price of the 5 pack crew neck tee, I'm completely disappointed in the product. Shirts are extremely thin, which is good, at half the price of what they're getting. Also and to me, most important, the sleeves are to short. Way to short. It's to bad I had high hopes for this product and planned on buying more. Unfortunately that will not be happening.

I have no idea why others have put even remotely negative reviews. I absolutely love the product! For reference: I’m 6’2 and 215 lbs. Rather muscular and lean. With a long torso. These are the best fitting t shirts I’ve ever worn hands down! Also worth mentioning is that the woman I’m dating instantly said that she “never thought a t-shirt could look so good!” For context she’s incredibly honest and forward.. like always… and… she’s literally never heard of fresh clean tees much less their advertisements… I seriously couldn’t be happier with the shirts!! I got a Henley and a 5 pack of the regular crew tees. Highly recommend both!

This is an odd company, trying to leverage the "tests well" words _fresh_ and _clean_ in order to make it seem that they are doing something revolutionary. In fact, not only are their tees way overpriced, but the product itself is made of very thin, nearly see-through material. And that's just the beginning. Mine didn't fit, and so I asked for a refund. I had the largest size, and so could not exchange. They refunded me only the cost of the tee (about $25) and not the shipping (about $9), and thought that were doing me a favour by telling me I could keep the tee -- no need to send it back. So I was out $9 and had a tee that was of no use to me. I complained to ask for the $9 back and they did refund it ultimately. But as I told the agent rep, the fact that they could just give me a free tee meant that they didn't have to invest so much in the whole returns infrastructure. (I confirmed later with them that the do do "normal" returns where the customer sends back the item, at no charge, too.) The final issue is that their 3XL tees are advertised on their site as being 28 inches across the chest (which is why I bought one), but the actual product was somewhere around 26 or 27 inches. That makes a big difference for a big guy. He said he would report that to their manufacturer. Overall, a 1-star experience at best.

Awesome clothing, awesome customer service, and fast shipping. This company is lights years ahead of Bylt.

I got caught in the hype from their constant bombardment of advertising everywhere I looked because I looked them up once. I am quite disappointed with the product as it don't live up to the hype at all. I especially found the polo shirts to be thin material and not that well made. I'd look elsewhere in the future
