I did not receive my order when DHL said they had delivered it. I told Fresh Clean Threads and they sent a replacement out promptly. Excellent customer service!

My order never arrived. I reached out to customer service and they refunded me my expedited shipping and told me it was a shipping issue. UPS showed a label was created, but package never showed up. They processed a replacement and promised it would be expedited to me. Now, over a week later, I still haven't been notified of a shipment. I reached out again and was told that it was a technical issue on their side, but was not provided any further info on when I'd receive my items. The shorts I was purchasing were for a trip that's already passed at this point and overall this has been disappointing to deal with. I will say their clothes, when they arrive, are the best I've ever bought. Fit and feel great

My son-in-law told me about FCT. I ordered a Henley and a Button Down shirt for him for his birthday! He loves them and I do too. I just ordered 2 more shirts for my son for his birthday. I love the colors and the quality of the product. The website was informative and easy to follow and my gifts arrived within a week.

Customer service was great, when a delay occurred they made it right by shipping me my shirts expedited for free. The shirts are soft, comfortable, priced right, and look great but responsive customer service really made the difference!

Being 6'4 and 270 it's always a hassle to find shirts that fit right, and HAVE THE RIGHT LENGTH. Fresh clean tees knocked it out the park with a GREAT product. BEST TEES HANDS DOWN and I stand on that!!!
