Horrible experience. No customer service. Cancel parts of my order shipped 1 of 7 shirts. Charge my credit card 142.00 system says no orders pending. Acknowledgment from customer service at first letting them know my thoughts. Received a response and reached back out when my order is still missing 6 days later. NO RESPONSE NOW. I’d recommend “TRUE CLASSIC TEES”

Horrible experience. My order was delayed due to some technical issue. They had the time to email me and offer a coupon, but not the time to actually process my order. After 2 weeks of back and forth, they issued a new order but then swiftly cancelled it because everything I ordered was out of stock. They never have stock on hand. Everything I search for now is out. I got my refund, but that’s not the point. Think long and hard before ordering from here. Pretty sure they won’t be in business much longer operating like this.

Love the product, they are soft, comfy and feel great. Customer service was awesome. My order didn't ship right away and they sent me a coupon to use on my next order. And of course I had to order a couple more.

I think the shirts are nice, but it is a little misleading with the amount of stretch advertised on the website. There is some stretch to the shirt, but don’t think it’s like a polyester material or spandex. The fit of the shirt is great, especially for a big guy like myself. The last con I have was shipping was extremely slow and took nearly 2 weeks to get my products. This seems to be a reoccurring issue with the company as I’ve bought many other products in the past with the same issue.

I got sucked in by a TV Commercial and ended up spending about $125 on t-shirts and joining their "club." The t-shirts are of mixed quality. It seems like the darker colors hold up better than the lighter ones. You can see and feel an obvious difference in material between different colors. (The grey color is worthless unless you need a rag to wash your car!) Two things drive me freaking crazy about the company. First is the number of emails I receive from them. At least one per day - sometimes two! It's ridiculous; I have a separate folder in my Spam folder for FTC emails - 126 in four months. The other thing someone at their company should go to jail for is their false advertising. They run sales saying "x" OFF their entire website, but really, it's only off certain items. If you pay to join their club, you get a discount and free shipping, but only on some things, not everything. And really, they sell the same shirts on Amazon with free shipping, so why pay for free shipping??? Bottom line: You can get the same or better quality t-shirts for less money without feeling like their marketing department played you like a fiddle.

It must have been a supply chain issue, but my order took a long time to arrive. Clothes were typical high quality stuff, they just didn’t arrive in time so I didn’t get to wear them when I wanted.

Placed two orders. First order on 4/21, second order on 4/28. Neither order has shipped. I reached out to customer service who responded with a discount code for a future order. I just want my money back at this point.
