Hi Daniel, I'm sorry this pickup didn't go as requested. It looks like this shipment was oversized and needed a special type of truck with swing doors, which unfortunately this particular carrier didn't have available until the next day. We cancelled this shipment and refunded your card immediately upon your request. We work with 60+ other LTL carriers; I'll make a note to not use this carrier on your account in the future. Again I apologize for the frustration!

Hi Russell. This pickup certainly did not go as planned and I apologize for the frustration! As soon as you let us know you wanted to cancel, we refunded your card immediately. This pickup was made difficult due to a limited access location with low power lines-- the driver of a full-sized truck did not feel confident he could safely navigate his truck in the area, so unfortunately the pickup was postponed until this carrier had a smaller truck available. At FreightPros, we work with 70+ LTL carriers, so we'll absolutely make sure we don't use Central Transport at this pickup location in the future!

Our goal is to make it easy enough that someone with no knowledge of freight is going to get the same high quality freight experience as someone who has shipped a thousand times, and we're overjoyed to see that was the experience you had! Eric and the rest of the team here at FreightPros look forward to helping you with your next shipment and as many more as we can!

We certainly do everything we can to have transparent pricing and catch any potential fees on the front end, that way you know that the price you're quoted is the price you are going to pay!
