I just want to say thank you, What a fist time impression to make! This was my first time using your company, your employee at the drop off terminal was a super star! Extremely courteous/helpful with me, very fast and easy process to ship my business goods. The pick up terminal was outstanding on the other end. Our folks were in and out with no delays The items shipped were on time, no issues, this is outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will be doing business with me again soon, Please pass along to all who needs to see this, this is what right is, this is the way you do business, this is what you do and how you do! What a way to set a first time impression!!!!!!!! God Bless and God Speed with your business Happy Holidays!!!! John Roush Roush Winery / Wine Not Painting Therapy 267-574-2220

Worst company I have ever had the pain of doing business with. They are deceitful, unethical, and lie directly to you. We were overcharged for services not received and when we tried to dispute, they ignored us and ran my credit card without authorization. Team of CROOKS at freight pros. They continue to deflect and deny their fraud, but I personally witnessed their lies and deceit.

David: In less-than-truckload shipping, the dimensions of a shipment significantly impact the shipping cost. We trust you as our customer to provide accurate dimensions to us when requesting a quote from us. In your case, the dimensions you provided to us were inaccurate. The rate you were billed reflects the rate the carrier charged us based on the actual dimensions of your shipment after it was inspected. We always notify our customers of any additional charges and give a change to dispute if possible, but unfortunately in this case, the billed charges were accurate. If correct dimensions were provided up front, your rate would not have changed. I apologize for the frustration this caused you and your business!

Freight Pros went above and beyond to help me get a delayed shipment to a customer on time. The nation wide carrier we selected was not at all helpful but when Freight Pros started asking the questions they got answers in a timely manner. Beyond pleased with the communication and customer service!

Eric @ FreightPros has been a great help with securing our shipments. This is the 2nd time I have used FreightPros with Eric as my contact and it has been a smooth and easy process both times. He is great with helping me weigh out my options and choosing the best option for my shipment as my shipments vary. Thank you Eric!
