We have been working with FreightPros since 2020. I have a main contact person, Kory, and two extra supports, Andy and Jazz. I enjoy working with them. I have had no issues, their bedside manner is professional and kind, they are all great listeners and go to great lengths to help and exceed my needs. Their pricing is extremely competitive if not lower than our current brokers, Global Tranz and Coyote. Our shipments vary on pallet quantity and shipment dates and they always have us covered. They have a quick response time so you aren't waiting days. I would recommend this to any company looking for good rates with good service. Their portal is easy to use but if there is a problem, they will help. Documentation and updates are sent automatically and invoicing is quick. They are great LTL providers. **Added note after posting: We had an issue with one of the carriers and have been working with Audrey Cyr. Freight Pros was not at fault but Audrey worked extremely hard to find our load a carrier lost. She called twice a day with updates on her communications with the carriers. She was very responsive with calls and emails and escalated the issue. She is continuing to work with us as we go through the claims process. This is exactly why working with FreightPros is the best. Their people are wonderful and advocate for their customers. I cannot recommend them to enough people.
