You guys need to work on customer service. Marc is rude and unwilling to help he needs let go honestly.

Still waiting for it to arrive
Still waiting for it to arrive. They sent an email asking for a review before I even received it, so this is my review. Winter will be over if I have to wait much longer for delivery.

Delivery issues. No answers.
Delivery costs exhorbitant. I asked to cancel the order and got no answer. No reimbursement. Delivery seems to be on the way, but there's no tracking, and it's been two weeks. Terrible.
