3 - 5 business day shipping and I paid for the shipping and handling charges. No delivery attempt was made on the 5th business day. If I pay for a service and the service is not rendered then there should be compensation for the breach of contract. I'm fine paying for shipping and handling, I'm not ok paying for services not rendered.
Response from Free the SheepMay 27, 2026
Hi Garrett, We’re really sorry for the frustration and completely understand your concerns. We’ve sent you an email with an update on the delivery status of your order, and we’ll await your response so we can continue assisting you.

They didn't deliver my order and made no attempt to follow up. I reviewed them before, but if they're going to send emails asking for reviews after their terrible service, then I will review again!
Response from Free the SheepMay 27, 2026
Hi Amie, We’re sorry again for the inconvenience caused. A replacement has already been arranged for you, and our team has followed up with you via email with the details. We appreciate your patience and are glad we could help get this resolved for you.

Product was not delivered. Company told me basically to accept a credit (50% value of the item I purchased that was not delivered) and deal with the courier company - of whom I am not a customer, they are - myself. Avoid at all costs - either for their own customer service or the couriers they choose to use, who also dont respond to communications. "infoATfreethesheepco.com> wrote: Hi[Abee], Thank you for circling back. We would like to sincerely apologize again that you did not receive your Free the Sheep package, despite the courier marking it as delivered to the correct address you provided during checkout. We know how disappointing this must feel, especially when you’ve been looking forward to your order. Just to clarify, once a package is marked as successfully delivered to the correct address, it means the courier has completed their responsibility, and Free the Sheep, unfortunately, cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or mishandling after that point. That said, we truly value you and don’t want you to be left without a resolution. As a one-time courtesy, we’d like to offer you two options: We can send you a replacement for 50% of the total price (I will send you an invoice before sending the replacement). Or, if you prefer, we can issue you a store credit which you can use toward any future purchase. In addition, we also recommend filing a claim directly with the courier. Since they marked the package as delivered, opening a claim may help recover more information about where it was left or possibly secure a reimbursement from their end. Please let me know which option feels best for you, and I’ll make sure it’s taken care of right away. Warmly, Marielle Customer Care Specialist Free The Sheep" Edit: they asked for this review, so here it is. Avoid at all costs.
