I was informed that my product would be out for delivery by the last week of July, within the first week of August at the latest. I’ve ordered my product in June and I have gotten generic responses. When asked for an update, it was communicated that I ordered something on pre order which I absolutely do not recall and that I ordered something that could have been a new size so they were behind. Not 100% aligned but ok. I truly wish there was more resources about hospitality and follow up for people who’ve communicated and expressed concern regarding the customer experience.

I ordered over a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve sent a few messages to customer service but it’s been crickets. So I guess I’m just out $200 which sucks.

It has been one month since I ordered my Eden Hoodie, I hadn’t received any news or updates on my delivery after 2 weeks so I wrote to customer service for any news. They answered saying they were going to do a check up and get back to me. It has now been one month and still nothing. That was a huge waste of money… Its sad because I was hyped

Es ist schon nervig, wenn man dauerhaft mit Spam zugemüllt wird und bewertet werden möchte, wenn die Ware noch nicht Mal angekommen ist. Aktuell hängt die Lieferung in Belgien fest und ich habe keine Ahnung, wann die tatsächliche Anlieferung erfolgen wird. Wenn ich gewusst hätte, dass der Versand direkt aus China erfolgt und mehrere Wochen benötigt, hätte ich den Kauf nicht getätigt.
