I had received the wrong size pack that was a Christmas gift for my son. I emailed the company and dealt with Mary and she was very helpful. She explained to me what I needed to do. The return went smoothly and she threw in a few goodies for my son due to the fact that it was a Christmas gift and we didn't find out that the wrong size was sent until Christmas morning. Thanks Mary!!
