I love the product but shipping took over 2 weeks
Response from FreestyleXtreme USASep 19, 2017
Hi, So sorry if our shipping was slower than expected, we now offer either an express or superfast delivery option as well as the standard one with USPS. Regards, Karen
Johnny
Decent Shipping to the United States. For $20 you would expect better shipping. Instead the few items I ordered showed up in 2 weeks instead of a few days like with other companies I've order from that are in the U.K.

Hi Johnny, Many thanks for your feedback and our apologies for the late reply. Your $14.95 shipping charge for the standard delivery method ensured you a delivery within 9 working days. We do offer a postage upgrade to Express for a total of $24.95 if your order is under $100, which ensures you a delivery within only 1-3 working days. I can see that your order arrived within 7 working days, so well on time :) All the best, FsX

Fair price and easy to order. However, website stated delivery on 3 days, but took 7 days. There was no tracking of shipment once it reached Minneapolis, MN. I called customer service and they could not answer where it was. Concerning. Thanks

Hi, Our website says the average shipping time is 3 working days but please allow 4-10 working days, here's the link :- http://www.freestylextreme.com/us/home/info/delivery-and-returns/default.aspx However, I agree the tracking provided by DHL was not up to their usual standard & I will raise this with them. There's a little goody pack on the way to you being sent with the postal service. Karen, Customer Care Manager

Not to bad. A little slow

Thanks for your review, sorry I'm not sure what you mean by a little slow - you ordered on February 15th & it was delivered to you on February 18th according to the DHL tracking - please don't forget we are in the United Kingdom!
