Hi Mats, as you know we have acknowledged the error, you should not have received a confirmation email in a US size as we only sell Forma in EU sizing as they're an Italian brand.We are very sorry for that & our initial misunderstanding of the situation as you did order EU43 which is what we sent you. I have told you we'll exchange them for EU42 as soon as they're back in stock & I've arranged a DHL collection for you or you can take them to your local Post Office & send to our returns hub in NY, we would of course refund your postage in full. Hi, Really sorry USPS gave you a slow delivery, we are very sorry you were inconvenienced. The normal delivery time is 3-5 working days, but we do ask customers to allow up to 10 working days,just in case anything is misrouted, please see the link on our delivery page :- http://www.freestylextreme.com/us/home/info/delivery-and-returns/default.aspx I see your parcel arrived in 8 working days so it was delivered within the timeframe. There's a little goody pack & an apology letter on the way to you. If you need to return the items if they arrived too late please email us & we will pay for the return postage as a goodwill gesture. Your order was December 28th & the first email we've recieved from you was 3 hours ago. DHL tried to deliver to you on January 2nd but no-one was home & they said they left a card for you to contact them. We gave them your email address, unfortunately you didn't provide a phone number on your order so we couldn't call you & you're not listed in the USA white pages.As you've now provided a phone number on your email I'll forward this to DHL for them to call you to arrange delivery. Apologies you've had problems receiving your parcel
