Terrible Device! These sensors constantly fail/error message and required to be replaced. It’s often inaccurate. The most recent case was tonight, the app was reading super low, below 40, compared to my BG meter reading in the 300s.

Avoid!! I would give this product a 0 if possible. Sensors are often faulty. Had to replace one after 5 days for my son and then the replacement only lasted 4 hours! They would not refund, so I've spent $105 dollars for 5 days of monitoring. They would not issue a replacement without a medical practitioners letter as we are using it off label for pre diabetes assessment. They do not care that they sent 2 faulty products.

they are rude and very disrespectful, I requested because my sensor fell off, they had a nerve to say to me, I need to talk with my Doctor smh , I been a diabetic since 2001 and that's why my Doctor had me on this smh.

Freestyle Libre2 sensors are not fit for purpose. Despite following the instructions they keep falling off. The record for changing is 8 minutes. The company state they should last 15 days! Keep reporting issue to company but all they do is issue replacements, they need to investigate. Diabetic UK have raised the issue with them already.

The sensors are inaccurate and often quit working before they should. I am so exhausted with trying to deal with their support team. I have wasted hours on the phone with them. They say that they will provide tracking number for delivery and then there is never any tracking available. The items are therefore left on the porch in extreme temperatures which can cause further failure. I have requested to be able to pick the replacements up from my pharmacy and this is always a problem. The support team claims that the pharmacy doesn't answer the phone and yet I never have a problem getting through. Having diabetes is frustrating and this company doesn't make it any easier.

I’ve been using these patches for over six months at a cost of $120 per fortnight. I am not a diabetic but I’m using him as a result of listening to podcasts and keto and they recommend CGM. WARNING FOR NON-DIABETICS . Warning to all the people in my scenario , if there is a fault with the unit a replacement unit will only be considered unless you provide a letter of recommendation by your GP. Since you’re not a diabetic though you will not get this letter from your GP hence your $120 goes down the drain. Look for a better company with better policies around replacement units. The last one I’m using (after using them for six months) stopped working three days into it and started showing extremely wrong readings despite the screen captures. The company will not replace the unit without this letter of recommendation. My suggestion find another company with better policies.

My vet prescribed this for my diabetic dog. After 3 months and 7 successful sensors, I bought a sensor that was defective and only lasted 4 hours. Abbott refused to refund the purchase because it was used off label. If a product doesn't work, it doesn't work. Stand beside your product or lose business. I won't buy another. Abbott knows these don't always work, but they decided the $80 they stole from me is worth more than having a loyal customer.

The device's accuracy is compomised, for reasons I don't understand. I've compared the sensor reading with a finger stick value, and here's what I found: the sensor reads some 20 points below the finger stick for hypoglycemia and more than 40 points higher for hyperglycemia. The alarm goes off several times a night. This is a defective product, and a disgrace to Abbott. This has happeed several times, with the latest from Lot T60004046, SN ORMF 4FCRZ.
