Abbott FreeStyle Libre keeps breaking, and the app is just as unreliable. This is a product people depend on to monitor their glucose levels, yet it repeatedly fails. Trying to get help is even more frustrating. When I attempted to use their support chat, I was told the wait time was 538 minutes, almost nine hours. When I tried calling instead, I stayed on hold for over an hour before finally giving up. This level of unreliability and customer service is completely unacceptable, especially for a medical device people rely on for their health. Abbott needs to fix its products, fix its app, and provide customer support that is actually accessible.

El 8/10 tendría que haber recibido un pedido de un sensor freestyle libre3 plus. A 18/10, aún no he recibido el sensor. En el seguimiento de pedidos me figura como no entregado. Contacto con abbott para reclamar la entrega del sensor y quien me atiende telefónicamente, me comenta que debido a las quejas de much@s usuari@s, abbott ha cambiado de empresa de mensajería para las entregas. Quizás abbott debería haber hecho un seguimiento de los pedidos que se han quedado por entregar, ya que es un producto vital, y si el pedido está por entregar desde el 8/10 tendría que haber tomado medidas en el asunto. Me parece vergonzosa la poca implicación y empatía por parte de abbott

Extremely bad when the sensor alarm repeatedly goes off during the night reporting Extremely LOW only to do a finger stick and your level is completely within range!! Every single alarm was off, reporting 55, actual 177, reporting 50, actual 117 just a few examples!! It is highly recommended to double check the alarms....

Bought 2 Libre 2 plus monitors for my husband anf myself to check our glucose levels. Bought them over the counter at pharmacy and they cost $138 each. Mine did not work from the outset and said to contact the manufacturer as was faulty. I did anf went through enormous rigmarole only to be told at the end that unless I got signed off by my doctor I could not go ahead with the replacement. To see my Doctor costs $80 for a consult. Then I checked the reviews and I dont think anyone has received a replacement for a faulty monitor. What a joke! So wish I'd read the reviews first!

My libre 3 monitor quit sending a signal after 3 days, this is my 3rd monitor that quit early. I called customer support to see if I had possibly done something wrong or if I should choose add another sensor on the app and try to re connect. the man I got gave me no information at all. He told me to contact my health care provider which won't be in for another 3 hrs. He was rude and also refused to end the call so that I could take the survey at the end of the call. I adventually had to call an pay emergency Healthcare service inorder to resolve my personal situation w out a monitor. I will never buy another monitor from this company as it is not reliable and has no reliable customer support. I suggest getting more than 1 telephone number for customer contact and get competent customer support agents.

Freestyle Libre useless medical device almost killed me last night it continuously read my blood sugar as being 55 heading towards 50 I I am a insulin dependent diabetic for over 20 years I know if my blood sugar hits 50 I can go into a diabetic coma the low sugar alarm kept going off I chug down a large bottle of sugary Coca-Cola 10 glucose tablets and yet my blood sugar did not go up I was going into the living room to call an ambulance when I saw it I have some ACCU-CHEK Advantage finger sticko meters I have two of them I ran both of them one said my blood sugar was 208 repeat 208 the other one showed my blood sugar to be 198 repeat 198 all the time the freestyle Libre was showing that my blood sugar was 66 heading down over a hundred repeat over 100 points in error I stacked myself up with sugar trying to bring my sugar level up which I'm sure has damaged my organs this piece of crap has gone for being a piece of crap to being dangerous and life threatening also whenever I go to see my primary care doctor and endocrinologist I show them the history for my Libre 3 and they have keep reducing the amount of insulin I take because it keeps showing my blood sugar to be chronically low when I now know in fact it's been chronically High so now I'm without the insulin I need the machine is giving me continuous I also checked it about an hour later delivery three still showed me at 60 too when the ACCU-CHEK Advantage both of them red me over 200 1208-1210 so this is not only a piece of crap it is a deadly repeat deadly piece of crap stay away if you're on insulin this thing will kill you it will kill you either do the lack of insulin or high sugar loading trying to bring false lows back to normal I don't know who paid off this company to allow it to be used also Google multiple repeat multiple lawsuits pending against this company for the same thing I am reporting on this review also there have been thousands of units I don't know the exact number but in the thousands that have been recalled due to being faulty units this machine if you have diabetes stay as far away as possible it is not only a piece of junk it is deadly green closing I just want to say I'm a retired x-ray technician I know how to use the machine properly I know how to apply the sending unit properly I know the company will try to say it was my error because that's what illegitimate and failed companies do

Zero stars! Abbott has released a very dangerous device that has absolutely made my life a living H*ll. I am on the Libre3 plus and EVERY device has been inaccurate 99% of the time and it's almost cause me to over medicate myself when I don't need to, luckily if it wasn't for my accue check and using the test strips I'd be back in the hospital or even worse. So take this as a warning and DO NOT use any Abbot products.

Il arrive régulièrement que les capteurs se décollent prématurément, ce qui relève d'un problème d'adhérence du dispositif médical. ​Au lieu de traiter ces signalements indispensables pour assurer la continuité de mon suivi médical, Abbott a simplement décidé de bloquer mon accès aux demandes en ligne, me soupçonnant implicitement d'abus. C'est une attitude inacceptable et insultante envers un patient qui a besoin de ce matériel pour surveiller son état de santé. ​Un capteur n'est pas un bien de consommation courante, c'est un outil de santé prescrit. Je demande le déblocage immédiat de mon dossier et le respect des engagements du service client envers les patients.
