Helpful therapy
This was an educational and helpful experience. I would recommend this program for anyone with issues from PTSD, anxiety and depression. The staff was very courteous and respectful. I feel that the program helped me deal with my situations more quickly which resulted in a less severe problem. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 out of 5 review is that I was a bit confused as to what we were trying to accomplish with the program at the start.
