Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that the Ranger M-540 exceeded your expectations and that you're loving its power, design, and quality. We agree, the red and black option looks stunning, and it's great to hear that it catches your eye (though we totally understand the hesitation to leave it unattended!). Thank you for your suggestion regarding the fork lock—it's a great idea, and we'll definitely take it into consideration for future models to enhance security. We’re also so glad Chloe could assist you with the headlight issue and that her service made a positive impression. It's always our goal to provide top-notch customer support, and it sounds like Chloe nailed it! 🚴‍♂️ Thank you again for choosing Freesky and for the 5-star review.
