FREESKY eBikeReviews of freeskycycle.com

Freesky is a good bike. prior to that Freesky I had Puckipuppy boxer Fat tire bike. They provide my bunch of extra stuff let air pump, extra screw bolts of all, break pads front n rear. But Freesky hand me over only the set of L keys and four wrenches. Skyfree also provide the extra accessories to their customers

Company sold me a bike in May of 2025, 3 months after that the frame cracked they sent a replacement part which we agreed on then sending a new frame and they didn't they sent a part of the swingarm and s month later that cracked as well so since August 2025 I have not been able to ride my bike cause this company is a bunch of liars they have no made good on any of the promises they made so I spent 2500$ on a bike I can't ride cause now they don't even respond to emails and my bike is under warranty still I requested a refund which they agreed to and never released my money they also agreed to sent me a complete new bike which they never sent basically the sell cheap shit products for top dollar and when it breaks cause it will they just ignore you don't return emails and that's the only way to contact them

I had been looking at different bikes for a while and finally landed on the freesky warrior . I had sent an inquiry in to freesky directly and was assisted in the purchase of my warrior pro. The order process was straight forward and a tracking number was giving shortly after purchase . The bike arrived in 4 days after purchase in mint condition . Assembly was easy with the included tools. Approx 20 minutes set up time. The only thing that threw me off briefly was the paypal link instead of a website payment page. The support response has been timely anytime I have had a question . The bike has been a joy to ride . The only thing I would suggest for improvement of the service and product would be to include a display and configuration manual QR or manual but to find it online isn't difficult . The warrior pro has very ergonomic and comfortable ride for this 6ft 240 lb rider. Thanks Carl.

I received my Freesky Warrior ultra about 30 days ago and I have been having a great time. This bike is quick to sprint up the many hills in my neighborhood. It handles dirt, gravel and pavement very well. The brakes are great. I feel safe slowing down and stopping. Very nice overall experience. Kenny in customer service was patient and helpful with my questions.

This company is a great company to work with. I received my bicycle and as I was putting one of the mirrors on, I broke it. I contacted them and offered to pay for a new mirror, but they were nice enough to say that they understand accidents happen and they sent me two new mirrors, free charge. Now that is service.
