I have the eurostar pro and I love it
I have the eurostar pro and I love it! Seems to be built of very good quality and have had no issues. The suspension along with the powerful motor make it a blast to ride! I would highly recommend this bike

I purchased the 26'' Eurostar E-bike
I purchased the 26'' Eurostar E-bike, It is very well built and comfortable to ride.
I had an issue with changing from mph to kph and Marvin helped me resolve the issue effortlessly .
overall I'm very happy with the bike so far.

Freesky Alaska Pro M-520
Received my Freesky Alaska Pro M-520 on the 25th May
Delivered on time and packed extremely well, unboxed it and built it all up. A very slight problem with the front brake, the cable had kinked to a point that the front brake was inoperable, I informed Jenson, without question he emailed me back advising me that a complete new front brake was out for delivery for me, quality service, brake is fitted and all good,
I was kept informed at all points of its journey via the tracking system.
I am over the moon with my bike , it’s well built, and robust. The paint quality is excellent the bike rides very well … as fast as you want it to be, I couldn’t be happier with my Alaska Pro… I love this bike, thank you Freesky and Jenson for you communications and professionalism.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I order the Alaska pro 2026 model, amazing ebike, it came a week earlier than I was expecting, the bracket that holds the rear light didn't arrive with the bike (or was missing, I don't know) I ask Horlan (on amazon customer service) and he send me the item for free, it just arrived, in less than a week.
I heard many good reviews about this company and it's ebikes, but I wasn't expecting such an excellent customer service. 10 out of 10, and more if I could.

Alaska pro
I did received my Alaska Pro about a month ago. So far, I have done over 250 km. This bike is awesome! It is super fast and goes uphill so easily. I am really impressed with the range of the batteries. I have done 92 km with half a charge and was doing a average of PAS 3. Horlan have been really helpful for me. He responded quickly to all my questions. He is always there to help out and I really appreciated that.
It's been a really positive experience with Freesky so far!
