I have over 500 miles on my swift horse Freesky E bike and realized because charging takes 7 to 10 hours to charge the battery it would be great to have a spare battery incase I wanted to ride before the battery completed charging. I ordered the battery and was informed it was out of stock. Freesky offered to return my money or I could choose to not have it returned and wait till it was back in stock and they would ship it. As they promised it was restocked and on the way a few months later. I have more flexibility now and feel I can ride whenever I choose now thanks to the extra battery.

Great Looking Bike With Lots of Great Features
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I've owned four e-bikes over the years and ride approximately 4,000–5,000 km annually, so I'm definitely not a casual rider. Out of all the e-bikes I've owned in a similar price range, the FreeSky Cheetah stands out for its build quality, features, appearance, and battery life.
The bike feels solid and well-built, and the attention to detail is noticeable. Features like the four-piston hydraulic brakes, NFC unlocking, Bluetooth connectivity, full-color display, and dual-motor setup make it feel like a step above my previous bikes.
One thing that impressed me most was the range. Early on, I had an issue that temporarily limited me to lower-power riding, which unexpectedly gave me the opportunity to test the battery under conservative conditions. During that time, I exceeded 120 miles on a charge, which was very impressive. Since the issue was resolved, I've continued riding regularly and the battery performance has remained excellent.
I also want to recognize FreeSky's customer service. I had an issue shortly after receiving the bike, and their support team responded quickly and worked with me until everything was resolved. It's reassuring to know the company stands behind its product and takes customer satisfaction seriously.
After putting meaningful mileage on the Cheetah, I can honestly say it has become my favorite e-bike so far. If you're looking for a powerful, feature-rich fat-tire e-bike with excellent range and responsive customer support, I would absolutely recommend the FreeSky Cheetah.
