Freesky Ranger Air
There were problems with my delivery but the freesky customer service team were brilliant with their communication and updates. The bike itself is fantastic. Well made, easy to build, rides like a dream, flies up the hills. I'm delighted with my Ranger 😊

Wildcat Ultra arrived in good Condition
Arrived in good condition. Well packed to prevent damage. Took my time putting it together and actually enjoyed doing it. I have been busy but I take it out for short rides whenever I can. It has about 70 miles on it and don’t think I used half the battery yet. The manual did not have DR-208 operation info but one of your reps sent me the PDF on how to use it. Pedal Assist is new to me but figured out how to use it with no problem. The bike runs great and is a blast to ride. Nice to feel some wind on my face. Have some longer rides planned soon with other E-BIKE friends but their bikes don’t have the 25 AH battery which was one reason why I like the power system and controls. I want to add a mirror to the handle bars and carry case to the back rack for some longer rides but for now I’m loving this bike.

Disappointing customer service and…
Disappointing customer service and subpar components. Bought the Ranger M-540 based on online reviews, but the reality didn't match the hype. Delivery was heavily delayed, and when the USB port stopped working a week in, customer support went silent. They also delete critical comments on their social channels rather than addressing issues. Build quality is mediocre at best—the tires, brakes, and saddle all need upgrading right away. Would not recommend based on the lack of support alone.

Great bike at a great price…
My experience with FREESKY was top notch! I purchased the Wildcat Ultra-340, arrived in perfect condition. Was easy to assemble, and looks great. The red color I ordered iv vibrant, especially in the sun. My Wildcat Ultra has great power, I weigh 240, and tow a large bicycle trailer. And still cruise at 33-34 in pas 5. This is not my first ebike, but the wildcat ultra is the best ebike I have ever owned
