I feel i received great value for the price. Freesky had a better price then other stores. The bike so far seems well built with all the features we needed in a EBike. The free accessory's that came with it where actually not bad at all and useful. If something goes wrong they stock spare parts. Every question I received a quick response the next day. The bike was shipped faster then I could get it locally, Dam Freesky Excellent job on that. And just to be picky the only thing i wish they had was a Battery percentage % and not the bars to check the battery level and even at that at least they said its maybe something they could look into.

Bike is fun to ride and well buildt. I lost one of my keys and there support people were very helpful in getting it replace. Great company!

To start shipping was very fast. Packaging was very good. Assembly was fairly simple. For the price this bike is packed with features like cruise control and turn signals. Bike seems to be a solid build. No regrets at all. Would buy it again and recommend it.

I'm an amateur with bikes, when my bike arrived putting it together was quite easy but I wasn't use to how it functioned so ended up breaking a few things along the way, it was getting use to how it worked, as soon as I told freesky this they sent the parts I needed, no fuss and I didn't have to keep asking I was very surprised within 2 days the parts were here at my home, freesky have been very good and ever so helpful, two of my friends have bought bikes from freesky since I've had mine, they too had a very good experience with them, there would do anything within reason for their customers, when a few things started going wrong with my bike, all my fault not putting it together correctly, I was panicking, wondering what to do, freesky did everything they could to find out the problem over the phone then sent parts with a simple guide to follow to fix problem, ever so grateful to them

I just purchased a Freesky Ranger Plus and I am very impressed with how everything went. I called and emailed Freesky customer service numerous times and had many questions. They replied quickly and thoroughly to every concern and question I had. I received the bike and all accessories promptly and well packaged. I have spoken to and had contact with various people at Freesky and they have all been very professional, supportive, and knowledgeable. After putting my Ranger Plus together today I am very impressed with the quality and beauty of this amazing machine. Thank you very much Freesky and thank you for the great promotion and extra help.
