Bait-and-Switch ??
I am sure that I entered all of my info into a specific lender's website, but all of a sudden, up came the dozen or more lenders who were going to get my info and begin to call me. NOT NICE. NOT NICE AT ALL. The one lender I wanted wasn't even one of them, BTW.

We also have a disclosure directly under where you entered your telephone number that you are giving your permission to be contacted by up to five lenders. If this is not what you wanted, we would have not only removed you from our call list, but also notified the lenders to do the same. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Disorganized
Contacted me promptly but provided lender with the wrong information (name, address, etc for someone else). I told the lender to call me back when they got the info squared away. I do not expect to receive a call.

Great experience.
Free Rate update was able to connect me to the best rate in town on my refinance. At the time I was getting a quote from another company and I was jumping over hoops to get the best rate and fees with them and Free Rate's reference, Bedrock, gave me the same rate off the first phone call and beat the closing fees by 4k!!!! Thank you!
