speaking with Brian bowling Was truly one of the best phone conversations I’ve ever had dealing with a company, heck better than most family! He’s intelligent/seasoned, prompt, professional & took time with me to explain loan options throughly when no one else did (and believe me I spoke to a LOT of people). If your company would/could match my rate I would have used your company hands down. Out the door it was a significant savings for me to move my business elsewhere I can honestly say I’m sad not to be working with Brian. My career exposes me to a lot of clients and prospects, I have since highly recommended him/cross country for a loan and/or refinance. I will keep your company in mind for future home purchases. Seriously, keep Brian. Good people are hard to find, you can’t teach someone people skills like he has. Give that man a raise! But don’t take him off loans for my own selfish reasons. Regards, Tobi
