To much to type .
To much to type .. not happy with the lack of information that they don't give up front .. ie closing cost .. before you start signing a agreement for them to represent you

I don't know what happened
I don't know what happened. They made a verbal agreement on rate and costs and then created a loan application totally higher! AND they withdrew $500 out of my checking account covering the higher cost loan application!!! Not cool!!!

I went online seeking to refinance my…
I went online seeking to refinance my mortgage loan. I ran across Quicken Loans, I was interested, I was contacted and the process began. My loan officer has been very helpful throughout the process of getting everything that is needed to qualify for the loan. His name is Lanse. He has been very personable the whole time. I highly recommend Quicken Loans.

Hopeful refinance
The rep Gary Hardaway has been very patient with us. We have had some difficulties emailing documents back and forth but we worked it out. We are not the most technical people when it comes to computers. Very hopeful this all works out, we are trying to get our 1930 barn restored with the cash out option.

Quicken loans they are the best
Quicken loans they are the best, I had a bad experience with my mortgage company, but when quicken loans agent Steve contacted me, He was so nice , friendly, and professional . He did everything in his power to get me a good rate, he helped me through the whole process.He is the best.
