I ordered an XS vest for my dog and when it came it was too big even with the straps adjusted all the way. I contacted them and immediately received a phone call from Jared explaining what I had to do. He was so helpful and considerate. He even sent me the size chart again and the link for the Tshirt or Hoodie in case I thought the Tiny size vest would not work. The next day I returned the vest and sent Jared the tracking no. Again he responded very quickly saying he sent the new size vest. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The people are so nice and so responsive.

Very helpful and great product

I worked with Jarrod and he was great to work with. I needed to have the kit sent to me overnight and Jarrod made it happen. I received my kit the next business day and was able to travel with my pet without any problems.

this company has been wonderful to deal with. we were registered and had a computer copy of the registration within 10 minutes. they even caught that my husband had put in the incorrect size for the vest, contacted me and input the correct size within 24 hours of the order being placed. the order was received within a week of ordering. The tag is metal and well made, the card is a harder plastic then our driver's license and the vest is also excellent quality contains all correct signifiers and was made in America. We just wish to say thank you very much, this will make a huge difference to me.
