Fast, easy... No problems with order and it came in the mail quicker than expected

I love being able to to have my pet with me and not having to explain myself to everyone why. People don't understand the importance of how having her with me. Enables me to feel better and get out more because of being able to take her with me. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a need to have their pet or as I call mine my baby. I order the $99.00 package for my service dog and everything came to my mailbox in a timely fashion. Their website was easy to use and very straight forward. I believe the price was very fair for all the items I received. Also, I did order the service dog jacket in a size that would have been too large for my Yorkie but someone in customer service or fulfillment sent me an email stating that I should measure my yorkie and told me how to do this and then to consider order the tiny per their size chart. I felt that was really great customer service and the jacket size is perfect. I would definitely recommend order from Free My Paws.

Received everything in correct order, ID with picture looks great, tag a little big for small dogs but sends the right message. Already tried it out in office buildings with no problem.

Found the website to be easy to navigate and sign up. I filled out the questionnaire and received the information back on Monday following the Friday submittal.

I had heard horror stories from a lot of friends about most certification sites being not as reputable or even scam sites. I found this one through a friend and not only is it great quality ID card and tag but the certificate and vest are also of durable materials. If I were to make just one suggestion it would be that the photo for the ID card should be allowed to be cropped, as when I placed my order thought I could crop the photo but couldn't. Overall I give it a 5 out of 5.
