I heard about Free My Paws from a friend who said it was easy and quick, and she was right! I was very thorough with my survey, which helped make the process easier. I was called days within me filling it out, and they answered every question I had after my dog got accepted. They send you everything you'll ever need paperwork wise, and respond very quickly to questions I have via email. Totally recommend!

I have a service dog and needed a new vest for her; put order in but was sent incorrect item; called and was told they had indeed fulfilled the order incorrectly but would get correct item right out. Well, it slipped through their fingers and I had to call again- got spectacular service and am well satisfied. These are good people to work with and will use/ recommend to anyone.

I was freaking out about getting my Rottweiler registered as a therapy dog because I'm moving, FreeMyPaws made it so easy I'm very grateful.

They positioned their services as similar to Service Animals but they are only sanctioned in homes and airplanes. Their marketing is very misleading and deceptive.

The service was very quick, however dates were done incorrectly. I am very happy with the products.
