for me it's been very helpful they haven't given me invisible pills to get my Great Dane on planes even though the letter will help there is a size issue I'm very aware of

I don't know how the company's service is yet; but, I'll follow-up if they actually call me back. All I can say is be prepared for the shipping rip-off at the end. To place your order, at checkout, you are forced to select priority shipping or expedited shipping. The respective costs are $10.00 or 49.00...
