Absolutely happy

I was going to order the wrong size vest for my dog and Andy sent me an email and called me so that I could buy the correct size. I was very impressed with the personal care I got.

Package was evertything I expected. I am so grateful to be able to take my dog with me everywhere I go.

It was done very quick and mail to me with in a few days. I also couldn't find my letter on the website and I called and the guy I called right back and did what he was supposed to do. If you are looking for a great place for your dog, I highly recommend using his company.

The application was simple to complete. The product is good quality. What really made a great impact was someone no taking my word about the size of vest. I received an email asking if I was sure of the sizing. Turns out I would have gotten too big of a vest before I checked my dogs weight.

I have been using Free my Paws for years now and have always had the most wonderful customer service. These guys are the best.
