Wow! A great site. Our airline quibbled over a tiny technical point in our letter (turns out Freemypaws is more current than the airlines on diagnostic publications), so therapist Kim responded immediately and gave us second letter that was accepted right away. Having Rosie in our laps during a long flight makes flying so much easier . Highly recommended:

For those of us who need extra care and nurturing, I must say this was a smooth and a no-stress transaction. I had anxiety just thinking about filling out a questionnaire. It was fast, efficient and not complicated. Therapist called me on the phone and was very understanding with my concerns. I would recommend ESA for anyone who is in need of this type of service. The process was fast, convenient and easy. It's ridiculous how many places think they need anything like this to prove you have a service animal, but this was by far the easiest way to go for us.

I have been with freemypaws for several years. I have seen changes in ID cards that have been improved. I have no complaints. Just a very happy member. My calls have always been addressed immediately. Excellent customer service.
