Free My PawsReviews of freemypaws.com

The process to register my Maltese, Melvin, as an Emotional Support Dog was relatively simple and straight forward. Glad to say that he flew last week on my lap all the way from Cleveland to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, with a connection in Dallas. All the necessary forms were supplied by FreeMyPaws. Once filled out, I sent them to American Airlines who reviewed them and notified me that everything was proper and Melvin was welcome to accompany me in the aircraft cabin at no charge. The whole experience was so much better than having him crying in his litle carrier tucked under the seat in front of me. Thanks, FMP.

Great experience throughout. I easily got my Xolo Dog certified as an emotional support Dog for my frequent bouts of pain. It help with my apartment as well. Care was given to the right size which I appreciated. Especially since she is labeled a toy but has a larger rib cage. It can be a little tricky. They got me the perfect size vest for her.

Free My Paws made this daunting task (not sure why it seemed so scary, but it did) extremely painless and easy. Their support team was VERY responsive, and helped me when my package got caught in Canadian Customs (very common and not the fault of Free My Paws). I've flown once with my dog, and everything went super smoothly. Thank you Free My Paws for making travel easy for me and my pooch!!

Free my paws treated me wonderfully. They went out of their way to make sure that my dogs vest was the correct size saving me time and frustration. I had sized her incorrectly. Thank you again for all of your help.

Excellent, easy, smooth and very informative.

I registered my 4 month old pug as a therapy dog, the process was easy, quick and hassle free.

They were so efficient and great about getting me my letter! I left a pretty thorough survey so my therapist said she didn't feel the need to have a phone interview with me and felt that I needed the letter fairly urgent so she emailed it to me right then. Now I can keep my dog and we are both very happy!

The person I spoke with was amazing, and I would surely contact you again no problem, great customer service. Top notch.
