I order to different dogs to be serviced and I only got one of my dogs cuz I payed for Clyde and elvis and I only got Clydes tags but then I only got Elvis certificate so I wanted two different dogs tags and I only got two names of Clyde tags twice when I wad supposed to have two different names

Probably the best customer service I have ever received, not kidding. Jared really cared about supplying me with what I requested and kept in touch with me when it seemed like my international parcel was taking longer than it should have. If Free My Paws could carry smaller ID tags and lighter leashes for smaller support animals it would make shopping user friendly and would grow their business. Our Emotional Support Dog is only 10 pounds and her ID tag is too large, but I will sew it on her leash which is also too heavy for her. Good company, good product just not enough options.
