LOVE IT A HUGE FAN NOW I HAVE NO PROBLEMS BRINGING MY PUP WITH ME!!

I have a small Haveness dog who helps me with my failing hearing. I must travel a lot and her little emotional work vest has made my travel much easier for me to be able travel on the plane and public places and she does let me know when people are talking to me. Life is good do a 9 pound 4 legged friend:-)

I was pleasantly surprised and extremely pleased by the customer service I received. I placed an order and needed it in a hurry. I was out of town and had to have it shipped to a different address in a short period of time. My sales representative Jared Adams really went to great lengths to fill my order and meet all of my special needs. It is so refreshing to receive such personal, professional , and caring customer service in today's environment. Many companies are too busy or impersonal to work with their customers. Saw vest on a dog in airport. Asked how? Contacted website. Ordered and received items quickly. With a Dr.s note confirming a medical need and the red vest on our dog at the airport, we traveled with our emotional support dog with NO problems at both airports and the hotel. She traveled on our lap, not in a carrier under the seat. Pet fees waived on flight and hotel. If this option wasn't available for us, she would not have been able to travel on this important trip for medical care needed out of state. High quality vest, ID card, and tag. Recommended to all that approach and ask questions...

Not only did FREE MY PAWS provide the VEST & ID CARD, they also helped with my learning process. They let me know that I could train my dog or someone else could. They provided a test on line to ensure that I was an appropriate person to have a service dog. Once a phone or E-mail order is in, they are right ON TOP OF IT to get it sent out.
