I bought a vest and ID from another site and within 2 months the vest was in tatters. I couldn't even reach anyone on the phone to complain and my emails went unanswered. I was referred to freemypaws and immediately I saw the difference. They are a little more expensive but worth every penny. I was able to speak to someone before I placed the order, they were courteous, knowledgeable and patient and followed up until I got my new kit. The ID card looks great and the vest is much better quality than the one I got from the other place. Really heavy duty. And as a retired vet, I like the fact it's all made in the US. Thank you for a great product and service. I highly recommend freemypaws.

We do not take advantage because of our dog being a service dog but when we needed a hotel and were to tired to drive to Florida, we did get into any hotel and not turned away because of the vest which was great.

Couldn't have been smoother, faster and more accommodating service as offered by Jarrod and staff...very pleased with the vest, the embroidery and Alfie is now using it every day. Definitely a five star rating, and we'll use them again for our puppy when she's ready...

Quick turnaround and a wonderful product.

I had an easy, hassle free experience ordering my dog's vest. The customer service person, even emailed me to ensure we got the proper size. It was a good thing because I need to go a size smaller. Thank you for all your help!!!
